Our first wine supper of 2017 takes us to the very south of South Africa’s Cape as we welcome Jonathan de Thierry, creator of Skipskop Wines. Based in Napier, these wines are crafted from his own locally planted vineyards as well as from vines planted further inland in the remote Klein Karoo. Alongside biltong, boerewors and a healthy local cheeseboard we shall open up a few other South African gems.
