Vermentino is one of those lovely aromatic grape varieties, not quite as potent as Gewurztraminer, but with similar floral and ripe fruit flavours. Orange zest, guava, ripe peach, honeysuckle and a little spice. A great aperitif and also capable of tackling spicy Thai curry style dishes. 13%
