The three grapes Carignan, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are fermented in stainless steel vats then matured in French oak barrels (30% new) for 18 months followed by another 12 months in bottle. Dense and velvety with lots of black cherry, liquorice and spices. 14.5%
