We are joined by Cassidy Dart of Pol Roger Champagne who will take us through the full Pol Roger range that will include Pure Brut NV/Brut Reserve/Brut Vintage 2008/Blanc de Blanc 2009/Vintage Rosé 2008 and the sublime Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill 2008.  Caviste chef, Steve, will supply guests with a range of delicious Champagne friendly canapés.  An utter treat of a Champagne evening.
