The Huntress is the first release from carbon-zero Nc’nean Distillery featuring whisky from their yeast trials. Unconventionally, the clever clogs at Nc’nean have toyed around with this core whisky-making ingredient, exploring new flavours using three different yeast varieties – including one commonly used in rum production.

Colour:  Pale Gold

Nose:  Cantaloupe melon, fresh grapefruit, Banoffee pie, and honeyed, crunchy granola

Palate:  Zingy tropical fruits, candied pineapple, that crunchy barley touch, with a granny smith style freshness and cool minerality

Finish:  Lingering fruit salad and a return to the honeyed granola
