Grown and made just 8 miles from our Overton store on prime Hampshire chalk downland in the Candover Valley, this multi-award winning Pinot Noir/Chardonnay blend has been partially barrel-fermented in Burgundy barrels and matured on its lees for 21 months and a further four in bottle before release. Citrus, brioche and delicate hedgerow notes all combine on the palate to make this equal to the finest Champagne, yet with a distinctive Hampshire twist.
