The method of production is unlike the normal pot still, it has been made by a rotating cold distilling machine where the botanicals and alcohol pass through, condense and evaporate leaving Gin - very science fiction. The aroma is fresh, orange, white pepper and it is very smooth and designed to be severed at 7 degrees straight out of the fridge.
