A classic blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from the vineyards south of St Emillion. A lovely example of the luscious Bordeaux with a whiff of cassis and rich plumy fruit. Very popular with staff and customers alike, this is a great wine for all palates but with the structure to go with serious dishes too.
