L'Amiral is a vineyard located on very poor limestone soil with limestone stones covering the whole vineyard. The wine has white peach and nectarine, followed by gooseberry and a hint of fennel seed, a common character of this vineyard. The palate is harmonious, with a racy, citrus vein.
