A light, citrusy white burgundy with some tropical fruit note and a hint of green apple. There's a delicate nuttiness on the palate and an acidity that works well with chicken and pork dishes. Aged for 12 months in oak (15% new) this is a beautifully restrained style of Chardonnay.
