Tasting Note: 129.7PPM, concerto barley, 5YO. Melon, honey, dried apples, caramel, smoked almonds and a malty sweetness emerge underneath waves of earthy, peaty smoke. A salty lemon tang on the finish, with a pleasant orange blossom florality.
