As the owner of the largest area of organic vineyards in Chablis, Jean-Marc Brocard is known by many Chablis lovers throughout the wine drinking world – but few are familiar with the wines produced by his son Julien whose biodynamic wines have been admired by Caviste customers for several years.  Combining an edgy brilliance with a voluptuous expression from Petit Chablis through to Premier Cru, his wines have redefined people’s perception of the depth that Chablis wines can achieve.  We shall taste the following six wines from both father and son – followed by two fine red Burgundies (north and south of Beaune) which we may taste blind.
