Enjoy an Australian themed wine dinner, hosted by Caviste director, Mark Bedford, who has visited most of the country’s main regions. Included in the list of wines will be Taltarni Blanc de Blancs Sparkling (Victorian Pyrenees), Moorooduc Chardonnay (Mornington Peninsular), Rusden Christian Chenin Blanc (Barossa Valley), Harewood Estate (Western Australia), Lethbridge Pinot Noir (Geelong), Rusden Black Guts (Barossa Valley) and the new vintage of Yarra Yering Agincourt (Yarra Valley). All accompanied by an amazing four course dinner.
