From the cool southern corners of the Cape to the warmer vineyards of Franschhoek Mark Bedford will take you through a variety of styles and grapes including Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Bordeaux blends, Pinot Noir and Shiraz, a sweet and a fortified. Mark has visited the Western Cape on three occasions and Caviste imports directly from a number of producers.
The charcuterie board will include some home smoked biltong, a beef based dish and a few cheeses from the Newlyns Cheese Room.
