This wine has a deep ruby red colour with an intensely fruity flavours with a liquorice finish. An elegant wine with a full mouth feel. The wine is blended before final aging in cement tank for 20-30 days and bottled without filtration. After three months in bottle, Montessu is released. Carignan, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
