"Rusden is no conformist winery. Chenin Blanc was a rather surprising choice for its single white but it really works. It gets all the best treatment in terms of hand picking and the basket press, followed by fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels. The result is assertive Australian fruit, brought out by great wine making which makes for great drinking."
