Stunning, zero oaked Macon from the young Alexis who is based in Fuisse. His aim is to produce wines with a racy freshness rather than more traditional oaky styles and he's certainly succeeded here. A decent amount of lees stirring imparts a lovely texture without adding unnecessary weight to the wine.
