This amazing Chardonnay/Moscatel blend is the only white wine made by our friends Bodegas Xenysel in south east Spain. Beautiful, orange blossom, a sappy green tea finish. There is a citric bite to this rounded white that is just so refreshing. Perfect with a beetroot cured salmon salad.
