Monte del Frà (meaning 'land of the monks') gets its name from the late 15th century, when a group of Friars formed a monastery on the land.
Tasting Note: Delicately fruity and fragrant, with notes of cherries, strawberries, raspberries and redcurrants as well as hints of spices. Pair with grilled fish , cold cuts, tapas, and pasta.
