Vega Sicilia's flagship wine. The Unico is a varying blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon with the Tempranillo taking the lions share. The Unico normally spends 6 years ageing in both French and American oak barrels and vats, both new and old, before a further 4 years maturation in bottle before release.
