25% of the wine has been matured for 3 months in French oak barrels. 

Pair with red meats and cheeses.

Tasting Note: On the nose, it presents notes of spices, black fruits, and dark chocolate. In the mouth, it is round, with smooth, velvety tannins, good acidity, and excellent balance.
