Cask:  American Oak Ex-Bourbon, Ruby Port

Tasting Note:  Dark mint chocolate, spiced plums, sandalwood, walnuts and nutmeg spice on the nose.  A fruity, spicy palate, with a turkish delight floral note.  A long finish with touches of dark chocolate and oranges.
