Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery
The Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery is all about doing things properly. All the barley for their stunning Yorkshire Whiskies is grown on the family farm. From barley to bottle, every step in the whisky production process is kept in check.
The whiskies are named for local tourist spot, Filey Bay on the East Coast of Yorkshire. The distillery has been in operation since 2016, producing flavourful, fresh and fruity young whiskies matured in a variety of cask types - sherry, bourbon, STR, IPA and Peated being the main expressions.
