A unique dry Semillon made specially for Caviste from early picked grapes in one of the most southerly vineyards of the Cape.
Crisp acidity and less than 11% alcohol and given 10 months in both new and used French oak.
Tasting Note: Very delicate with classic waxy Semillon notes and a bracing freshness. Enjoy with salmon, oily fish and hearty Asian dishes cutting through the noodles and spice.
