Tasting Note: A blend, and palate, worthy of a much loftier price tag, but as a humble "VdP d'Oc" there is so much additional flavour for the price. Dark berries, a vibrant herbal note, liquorice, raspberries, black pepper and the sort of structure that begs for chargrilled lamb chops or a nice juicy beef burger.
