Cask:  Sherry Cask Finish

Tasting Note:  Rich, smoky earth, sherried fruits, pink peppercorns, dried chilli, smoked herbs, light creosote, and coffee suds on the nose.  An orange peel fruitiness on the palate with tobacco and sea salt.  A long, smoky, liquorice, salty finish.  Exquisite.
