Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Bourboulenc. A complex blend of grapes similar to white Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Bold layers of peach, apricot, citrus and a gentle hint of star anise. This has become our favourite ‘alternative’ dry white wine in Caviste. 13.5%
