A wonderfully appetising white which has a touch of ripe peach fruit and texture on the palate thanks to the warmer Southern Burgundian climate. The vineyards are tended without chemical products and the winemaking is hands-off to allow the terroir to express itself. No oak has been used, thus allowing the zingy acidity to sing like a soprano. Be careful not to over-chill because there is a very pretty core of citrus fruit that is eager to be noticed. Superb on its own or with crudités.
