Could this be a baby Sassicaia? 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Sangiovese, matured for 12 months in French and American oak barrels (previously used for Sassicaia) followed by a further 3 months in bottle. Dark fruit, earth, spice and a suppleness that makes early drinking a pleasure.
