One of our more recent discoveries has been an encounter with, what we all agree, are the truly phenomenal wines from the young Julien Brocard. Old vines, ancient vineyards, biodynamic viticulture, creating wines that have, even at Petit Chablis level, layers of flavour with high citrus notes and a wonderful balanced viscosity in the mouth.
We are being joined by Julien’s brother in law, Sebastien Gay, who will show a range from 2015, 2014 and 2013 from Petit Chablis to Grand Cru level. A small range of suitable canapés will be served. This is a drop in tasting – please feel free to arrive late or leave early – or stay throughout!
