We start our Victorian Wine Week welcoming Dr Ray Nadeson founder and winemaker of Lethbridge Wines near Geelong west of Melbourne.  We shall go big on charcuterie boards while we taste his Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz wines alongside his inventive and complex blends.  Like so many winemakers in the Australian wine industry Ray’s background is medicine.
