One of the oldest vineyards in the Mornington Peninsula (southeast of Melbourne) first planted by Kate’s father Richard (now retired surgeon).  This has become a firm favourite of Caviste with its delicate mineral infused Chardonnays and deep lovable Pinot Noirs alongside a dry spicy Pinot Blanc.  Kate is the first Australian woman to become a Master of Wine and is our host for the evening.  Charcuterie boards during the tasting with a hot Newlyns lamb dish to follow.
