This delicious, forward, minerally Vouvray Silex Sec is from flint and clay soils. Dry, with crunchy apple flavours, it is an excellent and original aperitif or you could try decanting it and drinking it throughout a meal! Domaine Vigneau-Chevreau is one of the only two estates in Vouvray to be biodynamic. They own 25% of the appellation's organic vineyards.
