Camille Saves is a little-known Champagne House producing superb value wines from 10 hectares of exclusively Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. Herve and Nathalie Saves are very modest for their superb efforts, but this Grand Cru Champagne is very much appreciated by well-informed connoisseurs. A superb accompaniment for seafood specialities.
