The Isle of Raasay Distillery is open for business but their whisky needs time to mature. This is their third release of While We Wait, a lightly peated single malt from an undisclosed distillery. Finished in Tuscan wine casks for around 12 months. 

The result? Single malt whisky of uncommon provenance.
