A iocnic and much admired 7.5 hectare domaine. Michel NIellon began working with his father in the 1950’s and since been joined both by his son-in-law Michel Coutoux in 1991 and, more recently, by his grandson Mattieu. From their new cuverie on the outskirts of the village they are producing some of the finest wines in the Côte de Beaune. They seek to preserve acidity while expressing the natural weight and generosity of these marvelous wines. Fermentation initially in stainless steel with malolactic in oak (25% new). Tiny volumes in 2016 – outstanding quality.
