This historic 11 hectare property as been in the Courcel family for over 400 years. Since 1996 Yves Confuron has overseen major improvements in viticulture and winemaking. 100% whole bunch fermentation after a long cold maceration – minimal racking, unfined and unfiltered. Over 20 months in around third new oak. These wines are immensely concentrated and powerful and (actually…) represent amazing value for their quality.
