Provence is well known for its rosés but don't forget it also produces some fantastic reds. The Cru Classé Rimauresq produces a Rhône blend red with Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre. Riper and more supple than the wines produced further north this is great with beef, barbeques or enjoyed on its own. Highly recommended.
