A crisp, citrusy Chardonnay, akin to Chablis but with a bit more weight, made at high altitude in Patagonia, a region better known for its inhospitable terrain than its wine making. That's a shame because these wines are fabulous and almost taste like they are on the edge. Sunshine ripens the grapes but the altitude maintains the refreshing acidity so this wine feels vibrant and alive.
