It is produced from a small unirrigated vineyard in the region of Markopoulo, south of Athens.

Limestone soil and the proximity  to the sea gives the wine a clean and crisp profile with and intense salinity that reminds of Chablis wines.

White floral, orange and lemony fruits, refreshing and perfect as a summer white wine or with some a Thai fish curry or some deliciously roasted prawns.
