Southwest Sardinia is the ideal environment for the production of red grapes. Winters are mild and summers are hot and dry. Plenty of sunshine allows the grapes to reach a level of ripeness while it is still on the vine.

The sun provides heat and light, which causes grapes to mature very well, with the wonderful influence from the sea that regulates the extreme summer heat and stabilises the climate.

Tasting Note: An elegant, yet full-bodied wine. The flavour develops notes of minerality  and smoothness with generous dark fruit, rosemary, and black pepper. A seductive, velvety finish.
