This iconic Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is distilled down in Midleton distillery, Co. Cork.  Matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks, it's a perfect combination of spicy, sherried fruits and creamy, oily oak richness.  A world of interesting flavours emerge, with citrus oil, cherry, marzipan, tobacco, walnuts, liquorice and honeyed sweetness, to name but a few.  Undoubtedly one of the most enjoyable Irish Whiskeys on the market.
