This Cuban Rum was produced at the Sancti Spiritus Distillery based in the city of the same name in central Cuba. Molasses based and distilled on a column still it was then filled into oak barrels for maturation. Pale gold in colour with a herbal and fruity nose which leads to a spicy and well-defined palate and a medium length finish.
