Maxime Dubuet-Boillot is the grandson of the famous Pierre Boillot from Volnay. He uncle heads up the family estate but Maxime has a different view of winemaking and as such has started his own business and this is his third vintage. The grapes come from family vineyards and consistently show elegance and refinement alongside a fruit-forward character and silky tannins.

Tasting Note: Cherry, a hint of damson, and a savoury edge combine with a leather and tobacco depth.
