Unusually for Adi Badenhorst, the king of blends, this is a single varietal wine - 100% Cinsault. Medium weight, smokey, cherry and raspberry fruit this drinks well on its own but sings when paired with red meats cooked on the barbecue. The fruit has a fantastic intensity thanks the the un-irrigated bushvines grown on rocky soils where they have to work hard for water and nutrition.
