1.2 hectares of 55 year old vines planted on Marne and limestone soils. 25% new oak barrels. 100% destemmed.

Francois has 14 hectares of beautifully sited vines, from which he is making some of the most exceptional wines in the Cote Chalonnaise. He works with lower yields than many and is therefore able to harvest ripe fruit earlier to preserve freshness.
He began picking on 20th September. All his reds are 100% destemmed. Prices are most appealing.
