Eduardo is an Italian making stunning, organic wines in Bulgaria and at a very sensible price. The Viognier/Traminer blend is aromatic with tropical fruits, white flowers and a little spice but not overpowering. Neither is it sweet, as you might expect, just balanced and refreshing. A fabulous aperitif.
