65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc.  A ten year old claret from Pessac-Leognan south of the city of Bordeaux.  As pretty perfect as a claret gets.  An amazed customer encountered this is British Airways First Class - and was overjoyed to find that Caviste has all the remaining bottles in the UK.  Performs comfortably above its price tag.

Ripe blackcurrant and blackberries with soft and juicy tannins. Drinking absolutely wonderfully.
